Inclusive Pricing
Our quotes cover all fares, service fees, and related charges—no hidden costs.

Cancellation Policy
Please avoid canceling once our team is on the way or has arrived. This includes temporary cancellations (e.g., another locksmith arrives, the key is found, or other personal reasons). In such cases, the full service fee applies to cover travel and service costs.

Cost Confirmation
All service charges will be communicated and confirmed via phone call or email or Whats-app or SMS, which serves as proof of the agreed quotation.

Security Deposit
For high-value lock changes or emergency services at night, a security deposit may be required. Deposits must be transferred via PayNow to the designated account. If the service is canceled by the customer for any reason, the total service fee—including the deposit—will still be payable.

Identity Verification
Before any locksmith service (doors, gates, vehicles, safes, etc.), a valid government-issued original ID must be presented to confirm legal authorization. Singapore law requires the original ID; photos, copies, or verbal confirmations are not accepted.
